Our Space
Our space is designed to boost productivity and encourage collaboration, and to provide our members with an inclusive experience. To enjoy access, we invite you to Become a member.
Come Visit Us

Located in Ottawa, Ontario, enjoy open work areas, individual/team workspaces, meeting rooms, a creative studio, a kitchen nook, and relaxation areas. In our lobby, you can bring guests, enjoy games, relax, socialize with friends and colleagues, or grab breakfast and lunch @Bistro - all in one place.

@Hive is open from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please Contact us if you need space outside of these hours. (Lobby and @Bistro open at 7:00am.). Walk-in members welcome or reserve your space below.

Co-working Desk
Enjoy a desk in our shared workspace with a height-adjustable surface, ergonomic chair, and smart monitor. Includes day-use personal storage and access to a collaborative zone that supports focused, independent work.

Huddle Room
Connect in a meeting room for up to 7 people-ideal for team check-ins, client presentations, or collaborative planning. Includes video conferencing tools, a smart TV for screen sharing, and a whiteboard.

Conference Room
Host meetings in a boardroom-style space for up to 12 people. Equipped with a smart TV, video conferencing tools, and reliable connectivity. Suitable for presentations, team meetings, and strategy sessions.

Team workspace
Collaborate in a space designed for 2-4 people, ideal for small teams or project-based work. Each room includes ergonomic desks and seating. Select 4-person rooms also offer guest seating (x2) for informal meetings.

Individual Workspaces

Creative Studio
Bring your ideas to life in a fully equipped space for content production, featuring a ring light, microphone, gimbal, and green screen. Perfect for filming, editing, podcasting, and promotional content.

The Lobby
Gather in the central @Hive hub, featuring @Bistro for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and coffee throughout the day. Includes a convertible pool table/collaboration desk. The lobby also transforms into an adaptable event space for workshops, launches, and networking-with layout options and catering available from @Bistro. (Open Monday - Friday, Contact us to book events, including evenings and weekends.)
Virtual Office
With @Hive's Virtual Office, you get a professional mailing address, secure mail handling, short-term package storage, and email notifications. Perfect for remote professionals or businesses without a permanent location.
Available monthly or annually. Starts at $65/month +tax
Meetings & Events
Host your next gathering at @Hive. Members can book our versatile space for meetings, events, and special occasions-including evenings and weekends. With a total capacity of up to 55 people, our space is ideal for a wide range of gatherings, from small group sessions to larger events. Whether you're planning a half-day retreat or a full-day event, we offer layout flexibility, on-site support, and catering options through @Bistro.
