@Hive is a members-only club designed for business professionals globally. Built on our pillars of work, learn, connect, and balance, we've created an environment for innovation, collaboration and community, where members can grow and thrive together.
Can I refer a friend?
Absolutely! Members may enjoy referral perks when inviting friends or colleagues to join @Hive.
What happens to my membership if @Hive changes ownership?
Memberships and entitlements will remain intact and transfer seamlessly to any new ownership.
How long is each membership valid?
Memberships are valid for 12 months from activation and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Are corporate packages or corporate accounts available?
Yes. @Hive offers corporate memberships and custom packages for companies of all sizes. These include shared access for multiple team members, dedicated booking privileges, tailored workspace solutions, and optional add-ons such as meeting room credits, private workspace allocations, and event hosting support. Reach out to our team to design a package that fits your organization's needs.
Are promo codes and credits transferable?
No. Credits and promo codes are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issue.
Can I upgrade or change my membership plan?
Not at this time.
Who can become a member of @Hive?
Anyone aged 18 or older pursuing professional or entrepreneurial goals may apply for membership, subject to approval.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused for up to 3 months per year to accommodate life or work changes.
Is there an Early Bird promotion?
Yes! Members who join before December 31, 2025, receive a bundle of credits to use toward space bookings, learning workshops, and other @Hive services. Starter Members also enjoy a special rate of $39.95/month plus tax (regularly $99.95/month). This limited-time offer is subject to change.
What types of memberships does @Hive offer?
We offer Starter, Core, Premium, and Corporate memberships. Each tier includes varying levels of access to space, events, learning, and services. Details are available during sign-up.
